Farm Fresh Connection (“the Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides an online service that connects farms, chefs, food businesses, and community members for communication, discovery, and the sale of agricultural products. By creating an account or using the Platform, you (“you,” “user,” “buyer,” “seller,” or “member”) agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make purchases. By using the Platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.
4. Platform Role and Limitations
Farm Fresh Connection is a facilitator, not a seller. Farms and producers list their own products, set their own prices, and are solely responsible for:
- Product quality and safety
- Accurate descriptions
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
- Delivery, pickup, or fulfillment
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any product listed on the Platform.
5. Marketplace Transactions
Transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers. By using the Platform, you acknowledge:
- We are not responsible for disputes between users.
- Refunds, cancellations, and delivery issues must be resolved between the buyer and seller.
- We may charge service or platform fees, which will be disclosed at checkout.
If payment processing is used, it is handled by third‑party providers, and their terms apply.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or harmful information
- Sell prohibited or unsafe items
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Platform
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. User‑Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, listings, messages, descriptions). By posting content, you grant Farm Fresh Connection a non‑exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content as part of the Platform.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or harms the community.

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices.
Authentication is provided through third‑party identity services, and you agree to their terms as well.
9. Intellectual Property
All branding, design, features, and code of Farm Fresh Connection are owned by us and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of listings
- Availability of products
- Reliability of users
- Uninterrupted or error‑free service
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farm Fresh Connection is not liable for:
- Food safety issues
- Delivery or fulfillment problems
- Loss of revenue or business
- Damages arising from user interactions
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
12. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or disrupt the Platform. You may delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
